Our production process is semi-automatically controlled and regularly inspected by QC personnel. Since the drawing of copper wire or aluminum wire is carried out in one production process with online inspection methods, it can achieve stable dimensions to improve electrical and mechanical properties of the product. In the enameling process, 10 to 13 insulating layers are applied. Three different insulating coatings can be used maximum. Importantly, to enable the winding process to be carried out on the automatic variable speed winding machine, we use the special coating to reduce friction when wire releasing.

Enameled Aluminum Wire Process Flow
The enameled wire is made by coating an insulating varnish on the conductor and baking it into an evenly smooth insulating film.
